Did your child (or someone else's child) unplug something they shouldn't have? Did you decide you want to set up a custom feature you've never used before and need some advice? Let us help! For a low monthly or annual fee, we will be there to answer your questions and talk you through the situation. If we can't answer your question, and you need an on-site service call, we'd be happy set that up for you. One free on-site service call is included per year with pre-payment of every annual maintenance plan.*
